Chelsea Apartment, Elm Park Gardens SW10

The brief was to open up the lower level of this four-bedroom duplex apartment to make a free flowing living and entertaining space. The existing doorway to the kitchen was moved and widened to allow as much light to flow from window to window. New wooden flooring was laid throughout to create this sense of space. A new and contemporary Bulthaup kitchen was installed and in the Living Room the fireplace and joinery were added to enhance the wonderful ceiling height and compliment the original architectural detailing of the room. The client requested a neutral palette to maximise the sense of natural light that flows throughout the apartment.
