Little Chelsea, Barnes, London
Our clients bought the house for their visits from America. Bought from a developer, it was rather white, cold and clinical so we were asked to warm it up and make it feel more homey. We needed to maximise the natural light so opted for a paint palette of soft neutrals, bringing in colour and texture in the artwork and furnishings. The Sitting Room had a giant TV in the middle of a huge, white wall which felt far too prominent. Despite having little depth, we added a wall of Media Joinery with backlit shelving to frame the TV and bounce much needed soft light back into the room.
